Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of life of patients undergoing palliative care, considering physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects. The research was carried out through an integrative literature review, analyzing articles published between 2015 and 2024 in scientific databases such as LILACS, SciELO and PubMed. Descriptors related to quality of life and palliative care were used, adopting strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results indicate that multidisciplinary interventions contribute significantly to improving the quality of life of these patients, highlighting the importance of psychological and social support. It is concluded that comprehensive and humanized care is essential to promote well-being and minimize the suffering of terminally ill patients.
