Grief is a universal experience, inherent to the human condition, involving emotional, physical, and social reactions to the loss of someone significant. Although it is a natural process, the way we experience it has transformed over time, influenced by cultural and social changes and the fast pace of contemporary life. In a society that values productivity and tends to avoid suffering, grief is often silenced, leading individuals to experience their pain in solitude. Understanding grief and developing sensitive support strategies is essential for promoting mental health and strengthening human bonds.
